This barn reqiured a lot of structural works plus a new roof
and so because it was not needed the client decided to take it down
leaving a walled courtyard now giving them more light in their
garden and opening up to beautiful views of the surrounding
countryside.

This extension was not going to be strong enough to support the
new roof terrace, so it had to be taken down and re-constructed
with a substantial footing.

This Building was structually unsound. It had a tie rod holding
it together and has a considerable outwards lean. It was not safe
to re-roof the property so had to be taken down and re-constructed
with a substantial footing. Reconstructing this building will
reinforce the adjacent building which also needed a considerable
amount of reinforcing.

These barns were collapsing when the client comissioned the
works and a week before we recieved permissions to start they
collapsed into the adjoining road. We took the barns down leaving a
perimeter wall and had to rebuild the section that had previously
collapsed.
